I stopped by this week and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and organized the store was. The fitting rooms were in good shape too, which I always appreciate because it makes shopping feel a lot easier. Nothing over the top, just a tidy, comfortable place to browse

"Decent site, but the menus got annoying"
The site was okay overall and I did end up finding what I needed, but the navigation on my phone felt messy. Like, I’d tap one menu and another section would open, then I’d try to go back and end up on a different page, then I’d scroll down and miss the category I was looking for. It’s the kind of thing where if you’re looking for one specific item, like a size chart, a contact page, a product category, or even just your cart, it takes more effort than it should. Not terrible, just confusing enough to be frustrating.

The layout is super easy to use, and I found my size almost instantly. Like, I was fully prepared to spend forever searching, but nope, it was right there. felt like a tiny miracle.

I ordered during a Laura promo and it actually went smoothly. The discount showed up in my cart like it was supposed to and stayed there through checkout, which I appreciated because I’ve had other sites pull a “surprise, coupon doesn’t apply” move at the last second.
I’ll admit I felt a little distrustful right after paying and kept waiting for some issue to pop up, but the confirmation email came quickly and the sale price was correct. No need to contact customer service or fight about the promo, so overall I’m happy with how it went.

"Refund was quicker than I expected"
I returned a dress to laura.ca and just assumed the refund would take forever, because that’s usually how these things go. But a few days after they received it, the money was back. I didn’t have to follow up or send any emails, so that was a nice surprise.

"Didn’t feel very welcoming"
I went in hoping to pick out an outfit, but the whole vibe felt off. One staff member barely looked up, and when I asked someone else for a different size, they sounded irritated about it. No one was outright rude the entire time, but it definitely didn’t feel professional or welcoming. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Maybe they were just having an off day, but it wasn’t a great experience.

"Cute plus-size options, but they sell out fast"
I’ve found some really nice plus-size options here, and overall I like the styles. The weird part is, the sizes I actually need seem to disappear so quickly, so it can be kind of frustrating when something cute is already sold out. I’d definitely shop more if they kept more sizes in stock.

I was happy to see how much was actually in stock on laura.ca. I usually struggle to find my size, so it was a nice surprise to have a few decent options instead of just one or two random pieces.

"Checkout was kind of frustrating"
I tried ordering a dress from laura.ca, and the checkout process was more annoying than I expected. I’m sure I entered everything correctly, but it kept showing these little errors, and I had to type my address in twice for some reason.
The coupon box was also a bit confusing, or maybe I just missed something, but it wasn’t super clear. The order did finally go through, thankfully, but I was close to giving up. The site itself seems fine overall, I just think the payment part could use some work...

"Delivery has been dependable"
I’ve ordered from laura.ca a few times now, and the delivery experience has been solid overall. My most recent package showed up right on the day they said it would, and the tracking updates were easy to follow. One of my orders did arrive a day late, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The clothes were packed decently too. I’d probably give it 4 stars because it feels reliable, even if it’s not always the fastest.

I’m 5’2, so I didn’t have super high expectations when I ordered a few petite pieces from Laura. Usually pants and dresses still end up being too long on me, even when they’re labeled petite, but these fit a lot better than I expected.
The sleeves and overall length were actually right, not awkwardly long like I’m used to from other stores. Shipping was fine too, but the best part was not having to pack everything back up and return it for once.

"So... the fit was close"
So... I ordered my usual size and it ended up fitting almost right. The waist was good, but the pants were just a tiny bit long on me. Overall though, I’m happy with it.
